Elephant Garlic

When you can’t get enough garlic, plant this giant variety. Elephant garlic grows easily and produce large cloves that’s very easy to process. As a general rule the larger a garlic the milder the flavour. Elephant garlic is no exception to that. Being a hard neck (thick stem) variety storage potential is not as high but they will keep well  for at least 4 months if stored in a cool dry dark area

Plants are robust and bulbs are very large with large sized cloves. Hard neck variety.
